patient with early ulcer, which not responds anymore to the medical treatment.
Clinic:
bolnav vechi ulceros, nu mai răspunde la tratamentul uzual.
Operation:
hemigastrectomy with truncal vagotomy.
Operația:
hemigastrectomie cu vagotomie tronculară.
Operatory Specimen:
entire (A), transected piece (B), detail of gastric ulcer (C).
Piesa operatorie:
intreaga (A), piesa sectionata (B), detaliu al ulcerului gastric (C).
